My husband and I booked Beachfront Manor Hotel months in advance for our first anniversary. We called to see if we could get an early check-in and the front desk lady (Tina) told us that she couldn't find our reservation. We had multiple emails with our confirmation number for our stay, and they couldn't find it. We showed up to see what they were going to do for us since we were completely stranded. Tina handed us a piece of paper with surrounding hotels and said sorry. They did not offer us any sort of help. I was not expecting them to comp us, but I did expect them to help us find a hotel or do something for us. But they did nothing. They sent us on our way with a piece of paper and no place to sleep that weekend. 
We emailed the manager our frustrations, and we have not received a response back. I will never book with them again as the manager couldn't take two seconds out of their day to somehow resolve this issue.

The shower was funky, the drain wasn't attached anymore, so they just threw a shower mat over it which prevented proper draining. For less money I could have stayed at their sister inn, the Nelscott Manor, and gotten a kitchen in my room as well, and have been able to cook my own food. Next time I will probably pick a different place if I'm going to spend so much money. But my stay was pleasant.

Beachfront Manor was a bit hard to find, but the location was perfect. Our room has a perfect view of the ocean from our balcony with a hot tub. Room was very large and very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Check out was also super easy because of their key drop box.

Got here pretty late but when we open the door omg the room was just beautiful I started to cry. This the first outing for me and my husband. From the friendly people that call you to check in to the wonderful gorgeous view this morning. I'm so happy with the service and the stay might just try to stay another night.
