Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever seen.  They sent me an item without my street address(?). Promised to send me the tracking number for a replacement.  Didn't send it until I asked.  Item still not shipped.  Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

THE WORST online shopping experience EVER.  I placed an order for a beach chair in August.  Never received any shipping confirmation.  Contacted the company twice - no reply.  Received the WRONG chair in September.  Called the company 4 times - you cannot get through to a live person....left 4 voicemail messages...no reply.  Emailed the company 4 times and filed a return authorization...no reply.  I guess I'm stuck with the wrong chair now.  They have a nice website, but unfortunately, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever to back it up.  Would give them zero stars if I could.  Be forewarned you're just dealing with a web storefront for Chinese imports.
