I am never able to get appts when needed acutely. I am generally healthy, so don’t use primary care often. This practice is impossible to get into. The phone queue is always horrendous. Usually, at least 30 min just to speak to someone who isn’t even able to make appts. Then your message is sent to someone who takes all info again and then tells you there are no appts. Then, proceeds to ask if you will be seen at Medpoint. This is clearly the expectation. I will be seeking healthcare elsewhere. So much for insurance and primary care. This is the prime reason for ER abuse. If you can’t handle the patient load then don’t take so many patients. Shame on you Beacon.

I have great doctor there the problem is when you call to make appointment they put you on hold and some time they get back to sometime they don't the call come out south bend not from mishawaka that only bad thing but this doctor office i have complaint about south bend office not the office in mishawaka other then that the doctor are great there

The first appointment was good.  I made the appointment for my second when I was leaving the first.  When I got there for the second appointment, they didn't have me in the schedule book, therefore having to reschedule.  The next appointment, I fasted for bloodwork and went in the Friday before my Monday appointment, and Dr. Frentz didn't have my order in, making me miss work, starving, and having to wait. The last time, I called the Wednesday before my Monday appointment to verify I was in the schedule book (so I wouldn't have to go through that again, learned my lesson) and to make sure the order for bloodwork was in (again, I learned my lesson) before Friday morning.  They called me on Thursday to tell me the order was in and I said, OK, I'll be there Friday.  I fasted for 12 hours, again, starving and missing work.  When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying x-rays and labs were not happening that day.  Why they couldn't inform their patients, who knows?  They obviously don't care about their patients schedules.  I've definitely learned my lesson with Schwartz Weicamp and their incompetent staff and will not be returning.
