Brought our dog in for a shot the other day. Was met with attitude from the Dr's and receptionists when my dog decided to bark at another dog in the office. This is to be expected, it's an animal hospital, they're animals. If the Dr's or receptionists can't handle dog barks, then this profession is not meant for them. Also when my dog was ready for her shot they took her from me without allowing me in the room. They treat it like an assembly line. After years of going here we are now changing vets.

Always helpful, kind and compassionate. Bailey has always had allergy issues, among a host of other problems including cancer. Dr. Brian has always been kind and gentle with him. Sadly, we had to find another vet because we moved out of state. After Bailey's last visit I cried as we left. They were great.

It was my first time here. They were on time, and so incredibly nice. The vet was very gentle with my dog and comprehensive in her exam. Was very happy. Will bring my second dog here.

BVAH has been my vet since 1989/1990, to say that I think of them as extended family is an Understatement, they have been there for me & my family always, all of my family members have lived LONG healthy live's thanks to all the staff & docs , esp Dr Brian, My cat Jackson wouldn't be alive 2day if not for there knowledge & immediate care. My Halo and I are grateful for all you do for us

I have always been happy with their services. Everyone smiles and are helpful and empathetic. They have a real concern for their patients and always call to check up on them.
