I recently had my main floor renovated. I visited Trenton after I exhausted the city I live in. I  had great service from Phyllis and her staff and found that she had a great selection of lighting. The service didn't stop with just ordering my two lights for my new dinning room and bathroom but once they were received I was missing some of the crystals. I called the store and spoke with Phyllis, she told me she would order more for me at no extra cost without any questions asked. I was very grateful that I didn't have to bring the light back to the store as I live an hour away. 
I will be definitely buying my lighting from Beams Lighting. It was such a positive experience.

Dad backed into mothers beautiful, OLD Tiffany standing lamp with the chair and the stained glass shade shattered to pieces. The hardware was still great but I was afraid we would never find a shade that could fit. While he cleaned the mess up I phoned Beams and left a message. Before mother was home they had helped me find the correct serial number for the lamp, and were sending us options over email on shade replacements! Didn't think it was possible but they actually love their new shade more than the old one, and it was all reasonably priced. Great service!

I have purchased many light fixtures from Beams for both my home and my business. I've had nothing but fantastic customer service. What I love about Phyllis and her staff is that they make you feel warm and welcomed. I choose Beams for the quality and interesting artistic selections they have to offer, and highly recommend them if you are looking for something different than the expected and are tired and disappointed of cheaply made products. Nothing but quality at Beams Lighting.
