We live in the area... We eat here frequently... This visit was a Saturday afternoon... It was pretty busy, with very few in the wait staff area . Our waitress was very nice, but very busy.  It took quite a while to get our food.  Then you had a hard time finding  her again... (for napkins, pop refills.. Etc) She had other tables too.  Two at our table had the Beano Burger,  One had the 2 piece chicken dinner and One had the Taco salad.  All of it was just OK... Usually my husband loves the Beano burger. (toast was hard and dry)  the coleslaw with the chicken dinner was not good... Taco salad just OK... We like the food here and hope they keep trying to improve it more.. Nice to have locally-owned restaurants. (Love the catfish on the weekends! )

All honesty, first time here and NOT impressed. Figured with such a good name the service would be too..how I was wrong. Anne the server charged my girlfriend $22 for the wrong sized "prime rib!!" They over charged us for the steak which we didn't even eat due to poor quality and being cold upon arrival. Also gave us DULL knives and then after mentioning this to Edwin the "manager" on duty he had to call "his boss" Vinny whom then came and lied to us stating Anne told him we didn't make a complaint prior to receiving our bill. Anne was no where to be found... totally not cool and highly disappointed!!! This will be my FIRST and LAST time there
