I must say I was very skeptical in taking my Range Rover Rover get washed there. I read negative as well as positive feedback.  But I took a chance and must say meeting the manager Brian, at the vacuums was a shocker because normally they are inside. He was a very nice and delightful person.  
Once my truck was done I was very happy.  No window streaks or going home and touching up. I will definitely go back.

The car washers do a great job, are very polite, and very friendly. The interior of the car wash leaves a lot to be desired. The thing I like least about Bear Creek Car Wash is that every time I go, they always try to up sell me. I tell them what I want and they do their best to convince me I need more. Once I took my husband’s car in and asked them to make sure to get the water spots off from a recent rain, and they tried telling me it was hard water and I needed an extra $20 in some kind of special treatment to get it off. I did not pay, but it came off in the wash. Another time I asked them to please wipe down the dashboard. I was told it would be $7. I said ‘no thank you. For $7 I’ll do it myself’. But it was done for me. I think it was part of their normal service, which is what I had expected, but I think the original  guy was just trying to squeeze more out of me. I get tired of them always trying to squeeze more money out of me.

This carwash is great. Employees are always friendly and do a good job. If they miss something, point it out to them and they will fix it. Everyone wants the car to look good when it leaves.  If it is an issue that requires management assistance, they are available to help. If you've never been there; try them out. If you took your car in before and were not satisfied, I encourage you to try it again.

This is the slowest car wash in human history... Busy or slow don't come here unless you are ready to spend $40 and 2 hours to watch people just stare at your car....
