I hired Bear Creek Contractors to construct a large porch with outdoor shower on the south side of my home. The owner Steve Kerr worked with the architects figuring roof pitch and water management for the new roof, which is a beautiful dark grey standing seam, held up with huge rough-cut cedar beams. His crew put in a tumbled marble floor in a random french pattern.The floor is stunning and understated, bull-nose edged terrace that steps down to the main floor, complete with drains,lights and really is perfectly executed. Steve was there frequently - overseeing the subcontractors - roofers, plumbers, electricians, stone masons and stucco guys, to make sure everything was done to his high standards. The site was cleaned up daily. Best of all - we came in on budget. The porch and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Bear Creek Contractors.
