They are awful i would not bring my dog to see these people. Had a 11am appointment now it is 3 pm and we still waiting. And brought my child here two weeks ago and they totally screwed up her her front tooth you guys suck.

I think this is such an awesome dentistry for children! Someone comes out in a bear costime Its a little movie room for children while there waiting. And they get pictures that are printed out on pins and key chains for my key. Plus an animal balloon so awe. I only waited a week for my kids appt. I love it fr an so donthey

In the office for the 1st time. Just happened across the office after looking for a dentist all summer. I must say they are pretty freaking awesome. I read the other reviews but I walked in asking about availability and they got me in as new patient with all 3 of my kids with no issues. Minimal paperwork. Everyone is nice. The dentist herself Dr. Rebecca Steffens is so nice! She asked if I had questions and actually listened and answered them with everything I was concerned about. The were great with my kids. Very informative. Can't wait for 6 month check up.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the doctors. The doctors are very nice and professional. Now the staff in the front and the assistants are very rude and do not tell you everything you need to bring until you are already there. Also the dental assistant was very rude to me and treated me as if I was a kid. When I'm an adult. Very unprofessional and I'm glad I only go 2 times a year. Everything seems nice until you step in the place and get the worst service ever. I hope this helps for future clients that want to attend this bear creek dentistry.
