Can't say enough good things about Bear Creek Rug Care and owner Mark Baldwin. When we made the decision to have our wood floors refinished, we realized that it was time to get our area rugs cleaned and repaired as necessary. As advertised, Mark picked up and delivered  the carpets at no cost. Further, he sold us high quality carpet padding and replaced the badly worn fringe on one of the carpets. He was helpful, courteous and very cost-competitive . We highly recommend his services to anyone and will use him again as the need arises
