I would HIGHLY recommend Jake and Savanna Hansen for all of your realty needs. This was our first time buying a home, so we were pretty apprehensive about the whole process. Jake went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and keep us informed. They were super flexible as well, because my husband and I both work odd hours. Most importantly, they are kind and genuinely interested in finding the best home for us and our family. The Hansens are seriously the best!

I was a first time home buyer. This is a big life step, and its terrifying when you're doing it alone. Not only did Jake help me find the perfect house, but he walked me through the process making it easy and fun. Even to this day, if I need advice on the many things I do not know how to do, I can call or text Jake and he has an answer or suggestion. Great man. So much integrity

We have used Jake Hansen on three real-estate transactions over the last 5 years. Jake Hansen's unique ability to quickly learn and understand our needs and limitations was crucial to each time sensitive purchase/sale. He quickly narrowed down our options and was very accommodating to our schedules for us to walk thru the properties. 
Jake Hansen will go the extra mile and be a true advocate for you; and make sure you get the best deal. Jake Hansen even brokered a reduction in his own commission on one of our transactions just to make the deal happen that day!!!
We have been extremely pleased with Jake Hansen and would recommend him to anyone.
