Great business. Took three weeks for a KIA dealer to make and program a chip key. When finally done I was told the sticky ness would fade. Before I returned to the dealership (couldn't hardly get the key out of the ignition) I stopped by Bear Valley. Bottom line they made cut adjustments and I was back on the road with a fully functioning key. Thank you Bear Valley Lock and Key.

Very good experience, lost a car key and they were able to take care of it in no time for far less than I thought. Would recommend, quality local business.

I needed 4 sets of 3 keys. One lock was a problematic lock used outside. FAST, FAST, FAST. Low priced with a smile. They'll get all of my lock and key business from now on.

I had a garage that did not have a key for the t-lock. I initially called the garage door manufacturer/installer and was told that they would have to come out to replace it because the locks were all different. I wanted to use a local business and called Bear Valley Lock and Key and asked for a service call. I was asked if the lock had a number on it which it did. After I gave them the number I was told that they could cut the key and I could come and get it at the store for $15. This came a quite a surprise and possible only because they have a store. I also bought a mailbox lock because I did not have a key for that as well. After picking up the key which worked perfectly, I was still unable to get in and needed a key for the vault release to disengage the electric opener. Called back and that was something that someone needed to come out for. I was given an estimate before I asked and we set up an appointment for the next day. Arriving on time, the lock was re-keyed and the door was opened. He also drilled out the lock on the mailbox and replaced it. The charge was exactly the estimate. TLDR: Great experience, highly recommended.
