Such a wonderful place! We and our wedding party stayed here the night before and the night of the wedding. The staff was incredible and helped us with whatever we needed. It is such a beautiful and historic location and the decor of the entire inn is amazing. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was relaxing. The suite was perfect. We loved everything about it!

I could not be happier that we stayed at the Bear's Inn for our wedding in Evergreen, Colorado. My husband and I had booked the entire inn for some of our wedding guests, and could not be happier with the choice! The only thing we would do differently is cancel the brunch we booked for our guests the day after the wedding to eat at the Bear's Inn again!

Our main goal for our wedding was to give our guests (who were coming in from abroad as well as the US) lots of potential time to leisurely hang out and chat; the Bear's Inn could not have been a better place! The night before the wedding, the staff helped us to host an Open House at the Inn with pizzas and drinks for our guests, going out of their way to make everyone comfortable and welcome (including making white-chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies). Even as we went over our scheduled time, everyone went above and beyond what was required or even just plain nice of them and stayed to continue to help out at the event. 

The following morning (the day of the wedding), we were served a beautiful brunch, that was also carefully and thoughtfully prepared for each of our guests (we were asked about our guests' dietary preferences, as well as any particular culinary dislikes anyone might have, and all were-again going above the call of duty-graciously catered to). It was truly a delicious meal. We were also helped to store our wedding flowers in the Inn, as we had done them ourselves, and the staff helpfully not only gave us room for a bunch of flowers in rooms and refrigerators, but also helped us to move them around.

On our last day, as we had (again, foolishly) hosted a brunch in town, the Bear's Inn sent Stephanie to come with us to help serve food for our guests at a different venue. She even brought several delicious fruit salads with her.

For a last note, in addition to being an incredibly sweet group of people overall, we can heartily recommend them as being very courteous, conscientious, and wonderful human beings for an intercultural LGBT couple (not always the case). At the end of our stay, my husband was already talking about potential anniversary trips back in the future.

Wow! Just stopped by for breakfast this morning with a friend who is staying there. We had an amazing three course meal catering to our dietary needs but excelling in taste,  uniqueness and talent. I wish I was not a local so I could stay there, in fact I may make an excuse to. Vicky is a 5 star B&B provider!
