I am in the public practice of accounting and instruct CPE courses in taxation for VA Tech each year. I have been a "Super CPA" per the "Virginia Business Journal" a number of years. I have served on the Board of the Virginia Society of Certifed Public Accountants and the Board of the VSCPA Education Foundation and worked to promote the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs for a number of years. I currently split my time between the Blue Ridge Mountains of Roanoke, VA and the wide beaches of the south Atlantic.

I have specialized in taxation and small business management my whole career. Accordingly, after over 40 years, I have seen the tax law change almost annually and have seen most every situation imaginable. I have learned that each client has their own unique goals and aspirations. To achieve those goals, they need an experienced advisor to help eliminate costly errors in planning and action. I seek to keep my client from experiencing bumps and bruises that may come while becoming successful.

"Financial Break" started in 1984 as a radio broadcast of one minute financial tips. I stopped putting the series together years ago as the recording was too time consuming. Today, it's the Internet, Social Networks, and a chance to reach more people without going to the studio. I hope you enjoy "Financial Break" and hope it helps in your success.
