I was met with Kim when I called & she gave me nothing but disrespect & attitude. The whole call, she wouldn’t let me finish anything I had to say & overall gave me a nasty attitude filled with pure disrespect & no mannerism. I, myself, felt very disrespected & felt as if what I had to say was unimportant & it ruined my whole day. Kim’s customer service was horrible & beyond words. I couldn’t even get a full conversation in without being cut-off with blasphemous disrespect. I was beyond shocked with all the horrible & disrespectful customer service. Please do better.
the lady kim was SOOO incredibly disrespectful to me. she continuously cut me off when i was speaking and just had a HORRIBLE attitude.
That court person Kim is a very nasty bulldog that needs to be put out of her misery.
I'm puzzled by the other reviews. I have had nothing but great help at the Probate Court. I am working on handling my mother's will and all the girls at the office have been great. Mercedes is the young woman assigned to me and she has been just fantastic. Patient with me and all my questions and kind and compassionate during a sad time for me. Mercedes is the best !
