I had a bone biopsy surgery done at this hospital to check for bone infection. Waiting and waiting for results, only to find out they LOST my biopsy and did not preform the most important test on it to determine if it was infected, and what kind of infection it is, if any!! And the first part, the culture, came back negative!! So now, I have to go through major hell to just be careful and not possibly lose my toe!! I have to go have a pic line installed and go through at least a months worth of IV ANTIBIOTICS, every single day, because we don't have the answers we need! This has been so upsetting, and I can't believe I'm in this situation!! I will be reaching out to a patient advocate to see where we go from here... 😥

They nearly tripled the price of my son's therapy without telling us. When we got the bill a month later it was a surprise to see we owed them over $1000. Their response was they are not required by law to inform us of price increases. Thanks a lot.

They have taken wonderful care of my child.  He has made terrific progress under their care.
