Doctor George Ellis has the worse bed site manners that I have encountered. I had an appointment on 2/22 and up today nobody has call to discussmy test results .I called today and I was told that results are on my Chart and to settle down
I had a very good experience with this office. At the doctor appointment the staff was very polite and helpful. And the follow-up when I called to express my frustration at the high price of my prescriptions, Dara one of the doctors assistants that works in the office suggested several options for me and called me back after hours to explain what she'd be doing to help me out. I think that's very very good customer service and what everyone deserves to have.
My wife was unfortunate enough to have to go to this office. They are disrespectful and reckless. She made an appointment here almost one month ago for noon. One hour before her appointment she was called by the office and asked to come in early. She dropped everything and headed to the office. She arrived at 11:32am. The receptionist told her she was too late and her appointment had been given away. This is completely unacceptable. We are filing a grievance against this office for this ridiculous behavior. DO NOT go to this doctors office. You will regret it in every single aspect.
I love my Dr. but I’m looking for a new office. They are constantly rebooking my appointments. I’ve been pretty sick so it inconvenient. The woman who calls has told me I’ll welcome to go somewhere else which has made me feel invaluable as a patient. When I showed up for my appointment today.. my doctor was on vacation. When I asked why no one bothered to call they lied and said my phone was disconnected. Either they called the wrong number or they knew I wasn’t going to be happy about another cancellation on their end..my phone always works.. sorry but I’m not happy about making a hour drive there and back. I love my DR. But not enough to deal with this disaster of an office.. don’t go here!!
Been a patient there for over ten years. Yes, the office can get busy and the wait time get tiresome, but that's because the Doctors and staff are personable and take their time when they are with you. That can make some appointments push into another time slot. I'd rather wait ten or twenty minutes more for a doctor that will listen rather than go see someone that herds patients through like cattle. Never had a bad experience, but it can get tough getting an appointment the next day or so.
Last time I will go to this office. I have wanted to break ties for awhile . Waited over two hours to see Dr and decided to leave. They were asking patients to come back due to being so behind. The front office is usually very rude. The Doctors are great though so it's unfortunate. The urgent care is my primary care physician at this point because you can never get in here. When I was waiting in lobby person answering phone said Dr was booked up through June. I just wanted a vaccine but refused said I had to wait for Dr for examination. I went to Kroger and got it with no wait and no hassle. I suggest you avoid this office.
This office is horrible. Constantly changing office managers. Will NOT return calls, emails or online request. They now have removed the xray machine in the office. My dad has been going here for years and is now out of 3 scripts for 2 mth. They dont respond to our calls,express scripts calls or the pharmcy calls! Horrible the way they treat their patients. Finally found Dr. Scoures new office, so we will NOT return to Beaumont Primary Care. This office needs to be shut down.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. From office wait times in excess of 2 hours of your appointment; to 30 minute hold times on the phone during which you cannot get ahold of a live person and have to leave a voicemail ,which by the way isn't returned despite leaving call back information; to ignored refill requests, this is a deplorable office. I am thoroughly disgusted with their service. My doctor was amazing, but her staff is horrible. I have contacted them, for example, 5 times now in the past10 days for a refill. All I get is a, "Ok, we'll give her the message." Keep looking. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this office.
Botsford Primary Care has the worst front desk staff you could imagine. They will schedule you for an appointment, and then wait until you come in to say the system says you're too early for your next prescription to be given. Like you literally will be dealing with a bunch of people who can't even seem to work a computer, or do their job properly. The same day as my appointment I literally called to push the time back for my visit, and wasn't told then that I was too early to receive my next injection, instead I had to go all the way up there to be told. Everytime I deal with them it's a very unpleasant experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
The doctors are amazing but ever since Beaumont took over it’s been nothing but one giant clusterf@&k. Call during normal business hours and was sent to the after hours service/message more than not. My daughter was just there six weeks ago CVS has five times tried to get a refill authorization and they keep sending back that my doctor said no I am 110% positive it’s not the Dr. Also ever since Belmont took over they will not give you a referral for any specialist other than a Beaumont Even if that specialist is not a provider for your insurance and your insurance will not cover it they really don’t seem to care. The doctors and nurses are phenomenal it’s the new management under Beaumont. In the 20+ years I have been going there I never had a single issue until Beaumont took over.
