The entire staff is simply the best !! Patient, professional, thorough, and up to date on newest tech. Took care of an old filling with great results , then saw me again as a walk in with no appointment when I was in pain and needed a minor adjustment . The best dental office I have ever been to , Thank you!

Watch your Wallet! Dr. Moore get your owe practice. I have the greatest respect for you. Your Beaumont Smiles has been the most difficult to deal with and I have insurance. Your manager Cindy is curt and poorly equipped to deal with the public. Good luck!

I just moved here from out of state and was in search of a new dentist. I am always hesitant when needing to transfer dentists, because I have seen some whoppers in my day. Yesterday I went in for a cleaning and came out with a crown. Yuck!! But Beaumont Smiles and their entire staff made my not so pleasant treatment, pleasant. I am no stranger to getting work done on my teeth and I must say this place is by far the best experience I have ever had! Their main concern was my comfort. I even recieved a warm, aromatherapy neck wrap and a pillow. A very nice woman (Ms. Linda, I believe) came by my chair and went over EVERY option I had financially and because I was not expecting the sudden expense of a crown they were able to set up a payment plan that gets automatically deducted from my bank account... Talk about convenient!!! (Not every dental office offers this luxery) I was out that same day with my crown (no temporary needed... so nice!!) Overall, I highly reccomend Beaumont Smiles.

I have been bringing my family of 4 here for almost 10 years. I recommended them to all my friends and colleagues. I have never been given the up sell and was always so happy to have found an honest dental practice. Now mind you, every six months I come in, there is a new doctor so the turn over is high. Still, no pushy sales. Dr. Kim changed this for me. I came in for a routine 6 month check up and cleaning. He says you need laser cleaning, the insurance expert will be right in. A young girl comes in and gives me the estimate. $550 for a cleaning and $110 for a white filling. I say "no thank you, I just want the regular cleaning and a silver filling," She leaves and an Dr. Kim comes back to continue the sale. He says he disagrees with my choice and I should reconsider. I got upset and told him I am a medical professional and I know I do not have infected gums like he had said. He then says, well I should say inflamed not infected. I ask him to stop being pushy and please do the routine cleaning and silver filling. He leaves and an assistant comes in to "polish" my teeth. I say 'What about the cleaning? She says, you refused it so I'm just going to polish the teeth. I say, "No, I'm getting a routine cleaning with dental tools. She leaves and 20 minutes later a hygienist comes in to do it. I was also supposed to get a small filling but since I opted for silver and not white, he didn't have time for me that day. I left feeling so disappointed and couldn't believe this office had now become this way.

I hate denists. Those folks put me at ease, fast, painless, friendly. Did not try to up sell me.
