I'm ending our 2 plus year haircare relationship due to lack if respect for time. She is a great stylist. I just can't with the disregard for my time anymore. I usually do wait and maybe if more of us (clients) stop doing that, these stylist will stop double booking. I just can't, especially if you plan to charge me if I'm late but I get nothing for sitting over an hour after my appointment time - more than three times now. Again, she does great work but our relationship is over since we don't have mutual respect.

SN: I will really miss her but I just can't anymore. If you're coming here, don't schedule on weekends unless your first for the morning.

This salon is a hidden treasure. I did a 'Google' search for natural hair salons near me. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I was greeted warmly by the stylists when I walked in and felt comfortable immediately. KENYA, is a hair genius. I asked her to cut my natural hair into a cute, funky tapered style, and she did exactly that. She listened to what I said and gave me what I want. The end result: I LOVE IT! She's nice, has a great attitude & she's very professional. I've finally found a stylist I can trust close to home.

I have never been to a beauty salon and your in the chair at your appointment time! Kenya is great, fast and very personable. You definitely have a loyal customer.
