My daughter paid $585 for four people to get their hair done and three for makeup for her wedding. Then she had to pay for a trial which cost $150. She came home crying it was so bad. Her face was orange and her hair was a mess! When we called to share our concerns that the artists did not do what she asked for we were told that we had to pay for a new trial. We made a new appt and two hours before the owner called and said that the artists did not want to do her wedding one week before the wedding! So unprofessional and disgusting. My daughter wears light makeup, very natural colors. The artist put black eye shadow and dark brown lip stick on her when she showed a picture of beige eyeshadow and an almost nude lipstick! I will never step foot in that salon nor would I recommend it to anyone! Not to be trusted!

Innovations Salon & Spa was recommended to me by some of my co-workers. I went online to read some reviews and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I felt welcome the minute I walked in, my massage therapist (Zach) was wonderful. I always felt comfortable, he asked if I had any concerns and I told him and he was very good at remembering what my concerns were....I will definitely go back....When I booked my appointment they were having a special, when I went to pay she told me how much and I was like r u sure and I mentioned the special when I booked it and she apologized and honored that price and said they were still training some new staff. Always had a smile on her face, was never rude.....I would recommend Innovations Salon & Spa to everyone....Thank you....

Extremely dissapointed with Innovations today. Went in for an "8:30 appointment," no specification of what time of day, I assumed 8:30 am. I was there five minutes ahead of time, went to the door to find it locked. I knocked a few times, looked in, and called the front and no answer. I then checked online to see their hours only to find they were open from 9am to 10pm. So I figured I just got the time of day wrong. I left, only to get a call a few minutes later telling me I missed my appointment and when I offered to come back I was told my hairdresser had "stepped out." No sincere apology at all, no explanation as to why the door was locked and no one came to help me. Really needed a haircut today and this completely wasted my time.
