All of the beauticians,  all of them are excellent in their skills and talents.  From the owner and all the beauticians,  I would trust their styling designs,  advice on hair care techniques for maintaining healthy hair and advice on the best style,  cut and color for your skin tone, facial features and the shape of your head.   Friendly,  clean and wholesome atmosphere.

Every time I tell the stylist what I want, she gives me what she feels like doing. It seems like she doesnt feel like doing hair so she will just do something and then charge top dollar for crappy work.

I asked for color. I brought her the hair with the color I wanted. This lady made my hair a completely different color that didnt match the hair I bought. That is a waste of my money. 

My Sew-in. This thing was awful! The bangs was all over the place.
She had no Idea how to close the sew-in up. The whole style was just messed up.

I live in the area so I wanted to support this business. This is not possible. I will not continue to waste my money on a shop that will not give you what you paid for. 

They are also extremely slow. Like no matter what the style is, you will be in that salon forever. I wasted my entire day in that salon. 
I had other people do sew-ins, and It never took as long as it does at this shop. My favorite shop closed and wished it didnt because I miss a good beautician. 

It is really hard to find a good beautician in Cleveland.
