Horrible. I have pictures of how horrible this place it and what damage they did to my hair. Asked for a balayage and to go blond. They did nothing to my hair. No change. Went back, they left the bleach on so long it turned my hair silver. They bleached my whole head instead of a balayage. The weaving was done so horrible I was in tears. Had to wait a week and call a friend in Cali to give me instructions on how to fix it. So horrible. Will NEVER return. Avoid at all cost if you want to get color done. They told me they were going to give me their “best” hair colorist since I wasn’t satisfied the first time.... if this was their best, I will never return. Don’t ever come here to get your hair died. I want my $200 back. I have been here 5 times because it is right down the road and have never been satisfied, not ONCE. They do a horrible color job. No matter who I get.

I love this place! It has a huge selection of products and they are the only place in town that carries my favorite brand Morracccan Oil. Their salon is perfect and so is the customer service. The staff is very educated on their products and they are a huge help when you don't know quite what you are looking for.  I always recommend people to BB when they need anything ❤️😁

Was in looking at make up and I don't wear alot of make up so I was a little lost not sure the difference between foundation and concealer. Thankfully I was rescued by a nice lady named Elizabeth. She explained the difference and told me which was best for my extremely pale skin. She was really nice and helpful when I go back I will be finding her to help me for sure.

Beth Reid gave me a lot of information on what to get my wife! I had no idea what I was doing and she made everything easy for me. Beth was great! She was pretty much the same!
