Didn't get the haircut as I'd described it to the stylist. Paid too much money. The salon was clean and the woman at the desk was really great, though. Probably should've gone to Supercuts.

Edited: I will never use this location again. The manager , Carrie(?) is incredibly rude and uncaring about her customers. She's more concerned about gossiping with her coworker and ridiculing people who come in to learn about or buy product. I will spend my money elsewhere! Fyi, I was told the salesgirl I liked so much from my original post no longer worked there. Huh, I wonder why. If they treat their customers this way I can't imagine how bad they treat the employees! I used to refuse to spend a lot of money on shampoos and makeup products. I went in to BB trying to find something for the red areas on my face. The salesgirl was so helpful and friendly, even telling me about their return policy if the product didn't work. I loved what I got and decided to try some of the makeup. That too was amazing, and several of their items come in sample sizes that are easily affordable so I can try things before investing in the full sized version.
