After receiving  the worst haircut I've ever received. I called the salon to express that they should provide more training to the young lady that cut my hair. I could tell she was new. The response I got was I can't do anything about it over the phone. When I tried to explain I was only calling to prevent this from happening to someone else, I was hung up on. I was not looking for anything other than explaining my experience in an effort to help this business improve upon whatever training they may receive. Maybe have a manager check new hire haircuts so the client doesn't feel uncomfortable expressing any discontent to the one cutting hair, making it only worse. But.....I'm just a customer. What do I know?

horrible haircut. hair sylist DID NOT listen to a thing I said- she did what she wanted, not what I asked for. Would take MONTHS to grow out and fix

STAY AWAY! will never, ever do business at this place again. Went to get my hair dyed & cut & the woman messed it up completely! (Kristine) she did not know what she was doing & was completely unprofessional. She was so messy & got bleach on my eyebrow & when I mentioned it to her she didn't even bother to stop & give me a minute to clean it off. I had to use my phone to clean it off while she continued working on my hair. She left the bleach in my hair way longer then she should have & when I went to look for her to tell her to wash it out she was too busy in the back eating. Awful awful service. Mgmt was nice when I complained but they had the nerve to charge me after I got it fixed & was charged the 1st time. Horrible business overall. Do not go here. You WILL get your hair damaged & bad service.

Okay haircut paid $20 for an 8 year old boy. Thought that was pretty expensive.
