LOVE THIS SUPPLY STORE!! They have it all!! So much selection so many choices. Many wigs that are so beautiful and the prices on them aren't too expensive! Haven't tried their clothing section but am Going to, seen some really nice looking jeggings that seem to be of very decent quality! Really cute pants and leggings also. The discount section is awesome I could walk away with 100$ worth or hair selections and only pay 50$!! Such a big store also! Love love love it!!

Treats their African American employees the worst and they are under paid. You would think that being a loyal employee with over twelve years, you would be appreciate especially if your customer service skills are outstanding. Nope not in this case. You just get over worked under payed and mistreated compared to the Korean employees. I’m so glad I left this place cause they truly didn’t deserve me. The black clouds are now gone and I’m always happy, not depressed cause I have to deal with going to this place.

I shopped at this store recently. In comparison to the major beauty supply chain in our area, this store is filthy. It looks like it needs to be washed and it smells funny. There are a TON of products in the store. I went specifically looking for pre-braided crochet hair. I have to say that there were many styles and colors from which to choose. There was NO customer service (no one said hello, no one asked if I needed help, nada) but the young lady who checked me out was very pleasant. I think perhaps they should clean up the store (I mean literally, like sweep, vacuum, etc.), invest in a music streaming program that does not play songs with vulgar lyrics (like what I heard while I was in there), and get more people to work the floor and engage with and assist customers.

It's one of the biggest beauty supply stores I've ever been in. They have an unlimited suppy of hair and they have beautiful wigs. Their a little expensive tho

They didn't have the length I wanted in a certain brand of hair and the lady was able to give me a longer length for the price I wanted. Also, they have a nice variety of Beauty products
