If I could give this place NO STARS I would, but unfortunately that's not an option. 
I came here on Thursday for a gel manicure. Not even 5 days later, my nails started to chip & one of my nails broke. 
I called them up & explained to them this issue & she asked me to come in so she could take a look. I walk in, she asks me to sit down, I told her that I don't have time to fix them ( I wasn't going to let her anyways, I wanted my money back for the horrible buisness). Which I never got! She told me that she can not refund me my money because when they were done, they were done correctly. 
Her response was that my nail is growing out, if my nail was growing out, the gel wouldn't be coming off at tip of my nail it would be near the cuticle. She tells me that it's how I use my fingers... I have been doing the same thing every day at work for the last 10 years. I work on a computer all day. Yes, I use my fingers constantly throught the day; however though, this has never happened in the past. My gel manicure has never looked horrible after 5 days! I do take fault in this as I was in need of a manicure, as I was due for one from my last gel manicure which was 3 weeks prior...and, I quickly chose this place as it's in my home town. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THAT ANYONE THAT READS THIS TO AVOID THIS PLACE. Oh, let me remind you, both times, I have walked in here, that Thursday when I got my nails done, I was the only one in there... And, now, I go in tonight and there's no one in there again! Now, I know.....WHY!! 
Beware of this place. Take your money elsewhere. I even told her that I would be writing something about this place & she didn't even care!
