I went here to purchase hair for crochet Senegalese braids. I was trying to get help from an employee to match color but she had very limited knowledge.  The store has good prices,  however,  limited selection of hair colors and not enough employees to help with purchases.

Kay is the BEST!!! Her professionalism, her knowledge of each product she sales on top of remembering your common purchases. My all time favorite, the staff she hires. The warming greetings and assistance you receive walking in and the pleasant thank you and see you soon while walking out. If at anytime she doesn't have a product, she'll order it, let you know the day the product will arrive and hold that product for you without hesitation. Out of all the beauty supply stores I have shopped, they have nothing on Beauty Time. My money is spent where I received respect and decency. I'm given that and more each and every time I visit this store. Kay you are my fav, my #1 beauty supply store, don't change. Xo

A ton of products are offered here, in store weaving can be done, accessories are pretty low priced

Every time I enter the store I'm always greeted upon a smile walks out with tons of sharp wigs I'll highly recommend this place to anyone who needs last minute items
