Townhomes are okay. Looks like once they are built there will be very  little guest/visitor parking. There definitely isnt any street parking. Prices are relatively high- ranging from 400k to 600k...starts at two bedrooms and goes up to 5. Many of the less expensive units are 3 stories. Some of the two bedrooms cost around $450k. Seems kinda overpriced. Some units, particularly the 3 story, have nice views of downtown and the Coronado Bridge.

Rip off! Tiny, unattractive and vertical - have fun carrying groceries straight up 3 narrow flights of stairs. Estuary stinks and is a mosquito heaven. Soon to be overrun with military from the base being built 1/2 a mile away.

Looks interesting, but tri-level homes means constant stair climbing.  These are wedged into a small corner.  Much more affordable than Coronado.

Model home site. Had way too many stairs.  Literally climbed 9 flights of stairs according to my friend's phone app. Was considering a purchase,  but homes are in 4th phase and already on a raffle system.
