I was a former New Home Sales Counselor with this Builder. Management is the absolute worst - do not trust! I worked at High Ridge for over 11 months, prices were approximately $80,000 more than they are now... I devoted my time, my efforts and my loyalty was with them.. until my then, general sales manager, retaliated and displayed actions of discrimination against me by demoting me to another community and would't you know it, dropped the prices at High Ridge soon after! They will cheat you if they can get away with it.... buyer beware! I've filed EEOC charges so hopefully they will take accountability for their adverse actions..

I'm still at the beginning stages of working with this company and so far, I am very disappointed.  I take full responsibility for the situation that I am in because I can be way too trusting of people and it has bitten me in the ass. If I could get my deposit returned, I would cease and desist and run far away, in fact, I am considering just letting it go if I can find a suitable house in the next couple of weeks.   Right now, I am just simply holding on and hoping for the best.
