A nice neighborhood where the residents take pride in their upkeep of their homes. Very cookie-cutter though and very little wiggle room for personalizing for your exterior per HOA guidelines though. Don't be surprised if an outsider gets lost looking for your home!

Walker farms is a great place to raise a family. Close to downtown Indy, zionsville, Lebanon, and others. Whitestown is better than Zionsville because the property taxes aren't as high. There are great opportunities to build a house to stay in until the kids are out of high school. By then there will be more and more things around Whitestown. Zionsville can't compete with Whitestown's controlled growth.

Beazer definitely went the cheap route when it came to manufacturing these houses. Selling my mistake in 2017 because the repairs are becoming a burden on a house that was only built about 2 years ago...
