(This review is for my visit on Thursday 11/20/2014) The worst customer service I had ever experienced! My friend and I came into the store and there were 2 young girls working there and one of them came to me and rudely asked me "can you pick up the stuff if you dropped it", ok if I were dropping it without picking it up then I wouldn't mind but we didn't drop anything and there were other customers there too not just us, but I politely said ok sure. Then I went tried on a shoes and its the same girl pointing at the random bench (where you sit to try on shoes) on the opposite direction of me with a bunch of shoes lying there and asked me if I were the one who tried them on and left them there. I felt so uncomfortable and upset at her attitude. I mean if I were the one who did those things then I wouldn't mind but I didn't do anything and I felt like I was being target. I wanted to talk to the manager but I didn't want to make a big deal out of things so I just left. I hope that the store will train their employees better, they need to understand that their job is to tidying up the store, it's not the customer's job. I love BEBE and I came here often but I had never had such a bad experience like this before so of course I won't be buying at this store anymore.
