Watched my friend just spend a pretty penny on an outfit, checkout lady couldn't even smile or say anything while checking out. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. Major stick up her butt. After looking at all the other reviews I can see why the store barely had any customers at all.

The Bebe store in Woodfield mall has  one of the worst customer service i have ever seen. 1 out of 10 girls will actually be helpful but the rest are nothing but attitude. starting from the  manger  who was moody because she had to take time from standing around and doing nothing to help me out. so not that surprised that most of her employs are the same,  And i get it i work in retail too , I'm not saying jump for joy when you see us but at least look like you don't want to kill us  when you see us come in, cause guess what we are the ones that are helping you make your goal at the end of the day . So this specific location deserves 1 star and that is not even for the store its for the 1 out of the 10 girls that is actually nice and  helpful. Hope these reviews actually inspire you to drop the attitude cause it will not  kill you to smile and be helpful for once .

bebe has always been one of my favorite stores. however, when i came shopping at the woodfield location, i had a terrible experience.

my friend and i came after a workout so we were in our gym clothes. as soon as we walked in the door we were stared at - not even greeted. the employee followed us around the store but didn't say anything or offer help. while i was getting in line to buy a $128 shirt my friend and i both saw one employee whispering to another. 

i put the shirt on the counter and walked out. i could afford anything in that store yet i was looked at funny because i was not in my best clothes that day... disrespectful. this company needs to train their employees better.

the employees are not helpful and even worse they treated us as if we were going to steal or we weren't wealthy enough to shop there. i will not be returning to this location.
