Horrible service, rude staff, apple care is horrible, and too crazy in there. If I had it to do over, I would save some money and buy an Android.

The service was terrible. We bought an iPod touch for our son and ask for help setting it up. The young man assigned to help us was trying to help two people at once. He was much more interested in helping a pretty young lady than our family. We finally ask for a refund. We got much better service at the Domain store.
