I came in with a friend to get her nails done. She had an appointment at 4:00pm and they helped her 25min later. Some other lady came in to her appointment at 4:30pm and they told her to wait. While waiting another girl comes in without an appointment and they said they have time without checking if they're booked. 2min later two ladies come in and they help them first instead of the lady who is waiting to get her nails done and tell the other girl that they can help her until 5 since they're booked.

I used to go here all the time for my acrylics manicure but now I will never go back. This last time the guy filed the sides of my nails way to much and left the grinder on them so they'd burn. Then a few days later a nail broke, then a week later another, and today two more. With no concern of losing another client, they refuse a refund for how much I paid for this to be done 3 TIMES. Do not get your nails done here. I won't be going back.

I love it here I don't go anywhere else. My nails last ALOT longer when I get them done here than anywhere else.

Make sure that the person doing your nails speaks English. I asked for the spa pedicure and they charged me for the delux pedicure which is $10 more expensive. When she was doing all sorts of scrubs on my feet, I asked if this was the spa pedicure. The person said yes. When I asked questions about waxing (since it's on their list of services) she gave me a nervous smile like she didn't know what I was talking about.

Horrible and rude! I do a lot of cleaning so my nails sometimes get damaged, which is why I like to get a manicure once in a while.  The lady was VERY rude. Complained the whole time about my nails and made comments.  After some time I decided to give them another shot. As soon as I walked in I was given attitude so I walked away. Never will I go there again.
