Be very careful-  They tell you there is a warranty on the pump and motor but don't mention that the warranty doesn't cover any labor.  I had completely new pump and motor installed In July 2015 no complaints with the installation except pricing was a little high. When the check valve, which is made into the submersible pump, failed in Jan 2016 they wanted to charge me to pull the pump up and labor to repair.  I manually pulled it up myself and found that the check valve was cross threaded and most likely never installed correctly. This should have been a warranty issue. What good is a warranty if it is parts only and the part is down a well?

I too can relate to Mr. Mundy issues with Mr. Beck I have also experienced some problems with Mr. Beck back in 2012 I call Mr. Beck to come out and give me a quote on what it would cost to repair my well due to some thief stole my above ground well pump and pressure tank. So when i told him where i lived he said that he would come and check it out and let me know what it would cost to repair. So when Mr. Beck called me back i'm thinking that he was calling to give me a quote and he say's I'm done i got you all up and running so i ask him what was the cost for him to fix it and he said three thousand dollars at the time i wasn't thinking straight and really didn't have any knowledge of what this kind of repair would cost just happy to have the problem solved so I could move in to my house. so now we have moved in me and my girlfriend and her son lives in my house so one day my girlfriend son calls me why i'm at work and say's that we don't have any water and i ask him what do you mean he it stop running note this wasn't even two weeks after Mr. Beck surpose to have repaired it so i called him back and tlk to Mr. Beck wife and she told me that she would have him to call me back. he never returned my phone call so i called back the next day and she picked up again so now that me being upset I gave her "the business" and hung up the phone so later on that day Mr. Beck come calling tell me that he didn't appreciate me tlkin to his wife like that and if she just would've gave me his cell phone number like I ask her for I could've call him and tlk to him man to man to resolve the issue so i told him what was going on and that i wasn't getting any water and the only thing he said to me was maybe you have bad tank that's it never said hey I'll be out their first thing in the morning and take a look at it or nothing long story short "PLEASE" be warned this dude is a theif he over charged me on everything this tank that he charged me for i looked it up online he charged me $360.00 and online the tank only costed $150.00. And here it 2016 and l'm still having problems with my well and I see he still doing ppl the same way he never gave me a warranty on anything jus this little receipt with what everything costed NOT one time he offered to come back out and check it out or try and correct the problem bottom line he's a crook find someone else to deal with "please" avoid this business....
