James recently handled some legal business for me, and I could not be happier with the service he provided.  Even though he's a big, tall guy don't let that intimidate you.  He is so friendly, down to earth, and shows a genuine concern for your issues.  He is very insightful, and more than willing to answer any questions you may have.  The office staff is very friendly as well.  If you need any legal help, I would highly recommend James and the Becker Law Firm.

Excellent Service!!! Unlike other law firms, at the Becker Law Firm, I was able to personally meet with counsel within a couple of days. James Becker heard and advised me on my situation with promptness. From beginning to end I felt that he was in the fight with me -like family. He earns your trust and offers the best solutions for the best results. The office staff was courteous and pleasant at all times. I was very happy with the results of my case and even after resolution I still feel like family.

My wife and I went to Becker for legal advice about a non compete in a contract from a previous employer. Not only was the advice we received excellent but we also experienced a genuine interest in our case.

Mr Becker took his time to read our contract, answer all of our questions and ask us questions also. The consultation fee was the most affordable we found in Memphis and he even went over the assigned hour.
