I have had so many problems with Becker Tire in the past five years, I vowed never to go back.  The management was poor.  My family had always used them for everything, so naturally I did too.  The manager at the time "R" informed me that if I did not purchase tires from him he would charge me extra to make up the difference so he would get profit from putting the tires I had ordered from somewhere else.  He embarrassed me.  He said this in front of other people. This was all after I had a squeaky brake that needed to be looked at.  He basically told me that I had a separated tire and I needed to buy new tires from him.  Turns out, my axle shafts were bent.  It had been two years since I had stepped foot in this place.  Yesterday, I called up to find out if I needed an appointment to have a tire looked at that wouldn't hold air.  The receptionist was kind on the phone, told me to bring it up.  I did.  They got me right in.  They fixed my tire in nothing flat (pun intended).  I am stoked that they are under new management.  Seems like he's really turning that place around.  Thank you for the positive experience!!!

I have been dealing with Becker Tire for many years.  Have always been treated great.  Bought sets of tires. Will come back here as my first choice.  Honesty comes first always.

So glad this location can help with motorcycles it's better than trailering my bike to Wichita. Plus the service is great. I recommend to everyone

These guys are great. They do more than just tires. Also can change motorcycle tires.
