Love it. I remember going as a kid. Took my kids this summer and they have expanded so much. It was a great way to show them and to see the history of our family.

What an adventure!! Our kind and knowledgeable guide was able to answer all questions presented to him and was careful to warn us of any potential hazards. My mother, a woman in her late 60's at that time (and definitely NOT in prime physical condition) had no trouble taking this tour. Recommended for small and large groups of all ages!

What a gem! Wish we could give more than five stars. The tour was very interesting, led by Leroy, a retired miner. The museum was very nice and the mining town buildings were also enlightening. And the fudge was great too!

A cool adventure into a actual coal mine that is no longer operating. Our guide Marvin was entertaining and informative, and recalled many stories of his 25 + years as a coal miner. There are other exhibits, including a small but good museum.
