Easiest product exchange of my life. I bought a humidifier from this store about six months ago and had to exchange it after it stopped working. No hassle from the staff, quickly exchanged it under the BB&B 365 day warranty. Great customer service!

When I arrived inside I was greeted by a sales associate and asked if there was anything they could help me with, I was very happy because after I named an item they quickly and professionally escorted me to the appropriate section of the store that my item of interest was located. Although I don't remember the sales associate's name they spoke with a friendly voice and seemed to care about my business and my time. I was not held waiting for long because the item that I required was in a case. After I had gotten my item I asked for another but they said that they didn't currently have it in the store so they took me to a computer located in the bathroom section. They quickly looked up the item and helped me locate this item which was perfect for me. The store was in an organized fashion with nothing in the wrong section or any hazards to me or anyone else shopping. They never used the words ”I don't know” they always seemed to have the right answer and if they didn't know they would simply say “let me check on that for you” or “let me try to better assist you by asking another associate”. The workers were all well dressed and had positive attitudes towards their customers and made sure they had helped the customer to all of their needs. I would recommend this store above all the others in Rhode Island because this is a small operation, that does not get over crowded. I would recommend this establishment to all who have interest in shopping for home goods. This store has showed expert attention to its customers and will not stop until all their needs have been met. The only thing I would recommend for this store is that it could hopefully get help from the higher ups and fix the heating and air conditioning because it can get cool in the winter and hot in the summer in there. In conclusion my visit was the best visit I've ever had in a big chain store, This chain-part store went well above and beyond the standards.
