If you are looking to pay high prices, treated very disrepsectful by front desk and given suggested treatments that your pet may not need only because the vet wants to make more money off of you then you have found the right place. Never in my life have I seen such disrespect shown to my mother concerning her dog. Walk, no run from this place. There are so many wonderful vet places in Brooklyn DO NOT use this place!

Very caring and conscientious of your feelings and your pets. Straight forward about their practice. You might get greeted by the big orange 🐱 who never introduced himself but is very glad to meet you!

My review is based only on seeing the place. I didn't stay to have my cat seen. The place is seriously a dump. My expectations aren't ridiculously high but if they can't keep the front area even somewhat presentable, are they keeping the back area hygienic and up to code? It was dusty, dirty, hadn't been swept in who knows how long and the furniture is actually falling apart. I started to be concerned, sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes reading some reviews, and left. They didn't call to ask if I was coming back.

Nurse bitched me out when I brought my cat.  Just assumed I feed my cat crappy food and woukd not listen to anything to the contrary.  She was of no help.  Took my cat to another vet and actually had her urinary issue taken care of and learned its not as relat3s to diet as previously thought.  Emotional issues cause pH imbalance in cat bladder.

Brought my kitten here. The vet fixed his messed up foot and gave me tips on keeping him alive. A nice place.
