Ordered a burger for burger night.  Was told I could get it blackened.  Added blue cheese and bacon as stated available in the menu.  Burger came with no seasoning and no blue cheese.  By the time I waited from being able to send it back and get it back, it came back cold.  They didn't even bother to reheat it.  Also, they brought it back with blue cheese dressing, not blue cheese.  If I wanted a half bottle of salad dressing slathered all over a hamburger, I would have just done that at home.  Brought the same fries back too, which were obviously cold as well.  Service was good though!

This place always finds a way to do something stupid and make us stop going. A group of us go at least twice a week and spend around $500 per week there. This time it was because they turned the grill off at 10pm even though we arrived 10-15 minutes before that and were given the full menu. They close at 11 pm. We are regulars and we were ready to order the moment we arrived. "Joe" the manager wandered over and said they just turned the grill off. I explained we were there and ready to order 10 mins before they turned the grill off but that didn't matter to him. It was evidently impossible for the grill to be turned back on or the world would explode. We are done with this place no matter how convenient it is. The management team here clearly doesn't understand customer service. They just lost a large group of regular good paying customers.

Kind of like a tgif knock off but not as good.  I got a cheesesteak which had very little steak.  Retuned my side because the dish was dirty.  Seating was poor and cramped.  Was going to have some beer and watch football but the place was overrun with children.  Asked about drink specials and was met with a blank stare.  Ate fast and split to never return.

This location is very nice. A local favorite and the owner is very supportive of young athletic groups.  Not perfect, but not bad at all.

Extremely overpriced for terrible food. The beef was not just overcooked, it was BURNT, totally dry and had a strange taste to it. The bread was hard and crumbled apart. Neither one of us could even eat half of our sandwiches. I will not be coming back after this first visit. Don't waste your time or money, like I said VERY overpriced.
