Appointment for my elderly mother at 2:45pm...arrived at 2:30, still waiting in waiting room at 4:15pm....
Only thing reception can say is we are overbooked...not our problem that they don't know how to schedule patients. Not the first time my mother has waited over an hour past her appointment time. Do yourself a favor and switch providers and go elsewhere. I switched to an office in Dickinson and I am able to drive there, be seen and back home while people still waiting at Beeler Manske. It's not worth the aggravation to wait all day for a mediocre doctor visit. No wonder UTMB clinics are growing so fast, not hard to out perform this place.

yes i agree try to call them their number doesn't work or they are at lunch at the same time real efficient office management can't ever get to a nurse or person to talk to
