Story

In 1979 Mike Vitow arrived at Cultus lake with a suitcase and some wonderful recipes from New York City where he grew up. J. Beethoven's Pizza opened it's doors on May 18th of that year and has pleased thousands of people since. In March 2005, J. Beethoven was purchased by Najib Abunnadi to carry on the 26 year old tradition of J. Beethoven's Pizza.

Food portions were great. Staff was super friendly and the owner even came out to check on everyone. Food was very yummy. Never had to wait for a refill. The prices were a tad steep at almost 20$ per small pizza (deep dish/ square cut into 6 slices)

Part of our family experience in visiting Cultas each year. Great pizza and atmosphere. Super busy because of that. So ya gotta chill out and enjoy.

One of the best Pizza places.  There is another one in Burnaby as well.  I prefer the Burnaby one as it isn't as busy and the sauce is better but the quality at both places is amazing.   Good service as well.  A bit pricy for pizza but it is good 😊

Pizza taste is okay nothing special and the mushroom toppings are way to small, cheese is very uneven and pizza slice size is very small for a large pizza... Overall for the price its not worth having again.  You can get a better pizza at almost any other location in town without getting over charged for the same if not better quality. This location is a joke! $60 for 2 pizzas  that aren't anything special... wow!
