I would give it a 0 star if that was an option. We went there yesterday with a larger group and the guy on the counter must have been on drugs or just really dumb. He wasn't wearing a uniform, which makes me believe that he was the manager or owner. I tried to explain to him multiple times what we wanted and he just couldn't grasp it and gave us a really bad attitude. After we played half of the game,the hour was over and we tried to play again and he was being so rude that we just got up and left. I will never ever go there again. The place was dirty adnd the customer service sucked really bad. This is my first bad review that I ha e ever left.

Everything was good until the lane stopped working midway through our second game (we had paid for an hour of play). We went up to the front desk and they said they'd look into it but then 15 minutes passed and our time limit was up. The manager then explained to us after we went up the second time that it was "fixed" and that it had only taken 2 minutes while we had actually waited 15 and it still wasn't (the scoreboard didn't work and the pins were being held in the air) and only offered 5 minutes of play time to reimburse us. This was while he saw us putting our shoes on to leave. What a way to celebrate a birthday! Horrible customer service and lanes don't work.

It was far overpriced and while the appearance was cool, they stopped us mid-game. The desk workers were friendly, but the owner was unfriendly. I would not go to this bowling alley again. Very disappointing.

Nice, clean bowling alley, I bring my children here because they participate in "kids bowl free" and all we have to pay for is the shoe rental. The restaurant will deliver to your lane. The lanes are good, although on our last visit one of the pins was being read inconsistently (showed as knocked over when it had not been). There is a separate party area. They spray the shoes with Lysol between uses. For young children, 6 and 7 lb balls are available on request, along with bumpers and rolling racks.

This was the worst place from the second we walked in. We were surprised that they had open lanes on a Saturday night but once we got there I could see why. We had a large party and my sister had paid for us as we were late and once we got there the guy behind the counter was very rude and told us it would be 30 minutes at least. We told him that my sister is already at the lane and paid and he seemed super annoyed and told us again there is a 30 min wait. Once he got what we were telling him he was still extremely rude. We tried to pay for a second game once the hour was up and he told us we had too many ppl. We explained to him that we had the same amount of ppl but we were moving some from one lane to another but still 12 total. He told us we had more ppl (most certainly didn’t) and that we needed to pay for more shoes. At this point we explains again that we don’t need more shoes bc we still have the same ppl but we are going from 8/4 to 6/6. He didn’t believe us so I told him to scratch it and we are leaving. THEN he had the nerve to be annoyed bc he had already put it in the computer and now had to cancel it.. Such a pathetic human!
