The place is clean, staff so so,not the best but not the worst. Admin? well that's another story,they are so full of corporate BS, they lie straight to your face, I've caught them in lies, so if they lie about admin stuff I can't even begin to imagine about what else they are ccolylying

This place would be great if they had employees who actually care about their job and their patient.. don't get me wrong they employees who take real good care of their patients..my mom lives here thank God my mom has the good nurses

Bel Tooren is,a facility that is ran by a phillipino named ester who is the biggest piece of shit that ever walked. I witnessed her threaten staff and I've watched her speak to patience and their families like they were a form of plague. I also noticed and heard her racial comments about white ppl and black ppl. She allows her staff to be on their phones and she plays favortism with her own kind. She gets no stars and if bel Tooren administration would pay attention they would see how awful this person truly is. I will be reporting her to the state.

My good friend was in this facility for nearly 3 months. At first the care was good, and she was well taken care of. She now doesn't get needed medicine when appropriate, she asks for ice packs and is ignored. She was physically attacked by her first roommate, who then stalked her to her room. Clothes were stolen from her closet. The quality of the food served to the rooms has gone down and I saw a lunch that looked inedible. That is not going to help people's appetites when they do need to eat to keep up their strength. There recently was a LVN who was ill and came in contact with patients without a mask or gloves.

They really care about their patients and allows my church Unity of All Nation to come minister the word of God to help the people
