Gave one star to be able to make a comment, otherwise it would be no star. I was watching my daughters' 2 1/2 lb yorkie while they were on vacation and the puppy was hit in the head with a fetch ball machine. It knocked her to the floor and she began convulsing. I immediately put her in the car and drove to HER vet.....Bellacoup. I explained the emergency, telling them that they routinely see her and they refused the emergency visit since I had left my purse at home in the rush to get there. Would NOT see her until they were paid for the emergency visit of $109..  I asked to speak to the doctor, since the dog is their patient and was told I could leave the dog there and I could go home and get a credit card and then they would see her. Wow...!  I was NOT a new patient that they had never seen. So much for addressing an emergency visit. My daughter will not be returning, but going to a more caring, reliable vet.

This was our first time at BelaCoop and I am extremely pleased with the doctors knowledge and the friendliness of everyone. They really make you and your pet feel welcome.  And their pricing is very reasonable.  I also love the decor.

I have recommended and will continue to recommend Belacoop to friends and acquaintances looking for a caring, warm and more than capable animal treatment facility.   Dr. Stoller treated my litter sisters at a previous location and I was so impressed with her expertise and warmth that I happily became one of her first clients when she opened her own animal hospital.  I have never had a bad experience at Belacoop with the doctors nor staff.  I consider myself lucky to have found a place where my cats are treated with such care, compassion and knowledge.

Very disappointed - have been coming here with our dogs for several years.  Had a problem this weekend with one of our dogs so I called for an appointment - they told me nothing for 3 days.  They offered no suggestions, didn't ask what was wrong - just wanted to get off the phone.  It was quite obvious they just didn't care.  Time to look for a new vet.
