They were the only store in the entire mall who carried what I needed. The sales prices were great and Cassandra was exceptionally helpful, kind and pleasant to work with.

I love the products. Women's shoes, cosmetics, parfum, lingerie. Love the New Direction brand of clothing, including panties! Truthfully do not feel that the HUE brand of socks is anything special, so definitely over-priced, cute designs but no better quality. HUE tights for women however are worth the money. Purses! I buy really almost exclusively from  Belk. Panties too. I buy most all of my most important purchases at Belk. The quality is excellent. The style is right. The atmosphere and comfort of the store is great. It's my number one store. I do think they could use more staff. They seemed so overworked last couple of visits I made. I could have used more help. So I'm taking it down from 5 to 4 stars! I don't like traipsing around looking for someone to help me!But it's not them, it's the company. Hire more help! If the employee morale is low, that makes me sad and I like to be happy while I spend money!

This store leaves a lot to be desired as far as men's clothes. If you have any taste for style this is not the place to shop. At least not if you're under 55.

They no longer have Salvation Army bell ringers due to changing their social conscious standing time to shop else where vote with your dollars go some where else
