Don't buy shoes here!!! I got a pair of Uggs as a gift and they were the wrong size. When we went to exchange them for the correct size they had none of that size in stock. You'd think they'd just take the wrong size pair and order the correct size - nope! 

Belks will not do an exchange for an online order! We had to get the original pair refunded and then make a separate payment for the order - a difficult process when you don't have the credit card used to pay for it originally since it was a gift.

So, after calling the gift giver to get their credit card info to do a refund, Belk gave us a cash refund. So, you'd think we'd be able to use that cash refund to purchase the order for the correct size? NOPE. BELK REFUSED TO TAKE CASH MONEY to order the shoes.

So, I literally had to walk around with hundreds of dollars of cash after using my own credit card to pay for an exchange of another order, all because of their nonsensical ordering policy.

This company has ridiculous policies that are incredibly frustrating for their customer. Buy from Amazon or some other online vendor that uses common sense and streamlined business practices.

My generous gift giver will never shop here again and neither will I.

After the fact, I discovered Belk's employees are paid on commission and don't even get paid a living wage. Don't support wage slavery!!!

First stop whenever bringing the family to shop at Bridge Street. Staff is well trained, kind and friendly. Lots of deals to be found and a huge variety of designer brands. Has great air conditioning. And next door to multi-level parking that is FREE!

I'm standing in the shoe department to get my wife some Zumba shoes.  Not only have I been standing here for 20 minutes with no assistance, I haven't even seen a sales person.  It's Saturday afternoon, I'm not really sure Belt knows how retail is supposed to work.  I have money and would like to give it to them in exchange for merchandise.  I sure wish someone would take my money.  I'll follow up if someone decides to help me.

I had a good experience with Jessica at the Estee Lauder make up counter. She color matched me for the double wear foundation. She was very helpful and gave me a sample to try out. I plan to buy it with Jessica. Thank you so much.
