Curt Smith is wonderful to work with!  Choosing him as our mortgage officer was the best decision we could have made. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and even made time to meet with us on a Saturday.  He really went above and beyond for us and we wouldn't be in our dream home without his financing knowledge and resources!

Curt was very helpful with the refinancing of our primary residence to a 15 year loan. This was 4 years ago and I was very happy with the service. Everything went right on schedule and we haven't had any issues with the loan. Since then Curt has assisted many of our friends and clients.
