I had Bells service replace my rooftop AC unit.  We stayed in their newly opened RV park for three days.  On day one, we had a tech come over to the park and inspect our ac unit.  They ordered a new unit and it arrived the next day.  We hooked up our fifth wheel and took it over to their shop for replacement.  The job only took an hour and a half.  I was initially impressed.  Later that day I climbed onto the roof and inspected the job.  I felt extremely lucky I checked their work.  The AC wasn't installed correctly.  The foam flange wasn't sitting tight against the rv roof, therefore would've allowed rain to enter my roof.  Also, the tech used my old screws and didn't even bother caulking to ensure a water tight seal.   
Lastly they never checked the proper operation of the heat pump on the unit.  That wasn't operating either.  The next morning they did return and reinstall the AC unit, properly caulking the screws and reconnecting the wire to the heat pump.  I also found damage to my roof edge, probably where they slid the old unit off of the roof.  I called and they promptly came over and repaired the crack in my roof edging, sealing it with caulk. I took pic's of the installation and damage.  The plastic edging that they cracked is painted the same color as the side.  To replace would probably be $1000 job.  Its about an 8' piece, matching paint.  A day later after we moved and I did notice a small scratch where their ladder was positioned.  I do believe I will be able to buff out.  To add insult to injury the RV park host made an error in  our bill, under charging us $4.00.  Lane ordered the error corrected and recharged us including the $4.00 under charge as I drive away with $1000 roof damage.  I hate to be that guy that hovers around as the tech is repairing your rig. But, if you value your investment I would do exactly that.  I'm thinking the repair would've been better if I had hovered.

Great people. This is a family run place and you can tell the difference. They are friendly and care about what you need.

Came here with the thought of buying a camper a couple of times. Although we never took the plunge the people were always friendly and answered any questions we had.
